I expect there will be spots I won't be able to replace the hardware with cap bolts, just due to clearance issues (like around the windshield seal to bumper, but those are locations that aren't visible, which is ok I think. Once I do this, i'll be drilling out the holes where the bezel screws were and putting in m3 nut-serts to accommodate various lengths of cap bolts and washers to really help get it all to come together in a solid matching way, while still maintaining some of the rugged look of other hardware (like the torx bolts).
